Free Printable Advent Calendars with Simple Relaxation and Joys
The countdown to Christmas doesn’t have to feel busy, rushed or overwhelming. This year, I’ve created two free printable Advent calendars designed to bring a little calm, relaxation and joy back into December. Each one offers a daily activity that is gentle, meaningful, and easy to do — perfect for easing into Christmas at your own pace.
Because Christmas looks different depending on where you live, I’ve made two versions:
- Cold Climate Christmas Advent Calendar – cosy, wintry, and perfect for those enjoying a traditional snowy season.
- Warm Climate Christmas Advent Calendar – designed for an Australian-style Christmas, with summer-inspired moments of rest and joy.
Both versions fit on a single page and are lightly decorated with colour accents and festive elements, making them lovely to print, pin up, or include in your holiday planner.
Whether you’re hoping to slow down, feel more present, or simply bring some gentle joy into each day, these Advent calendars are a beautiful way to start.

What’s Inside the Calendars?
Each day includes a simple, soothing suggestion — something you can enjoy in five minutes or linger over if you want. These activities are intentionally low-pressure: no big tasks, no heavy preparation, and no expectations.
They focus on:
- mindful moments
- small joys
- simple comforts
- tiny acts of kindness
- seasonal slowing down
You can print one version or both, depending on where you live or which style you prefer.
How to Use Your Advent Calendar
- Print it and pop it on the fridge.
- Keep it in your Christmas planner or journal.
- Use it as a reminder to prioritise calm and connection.
- Follow it loosely — skip days, swap activities, or repeat favourites.
This is all about easing into the season, not adding more pressure.
